Postage and Delivery Policy
SHIPPING TO USA - UPDATE AS OF 30 SEPTEMBER 2025
As of September 30, 2025, we are pleased to let you know that shipping to the United States has resumed.
Earlier this year, changes to U.S. import rules created uncertainty around how duties would be applied to international parcels. With the removal of the de minimis threshold, there was a risk that even low-value shipments could attract new fees, flat-rate charges, or even be returned if USPS couldn’t process the duties correctly. Because of this, we temporarily paused U.S. shipping to protect our customers from unexpected costs and delivery issues.
What has changed?
Coloring books are classified under the Harmonised Tariff Schedule as informational materials (HTSUS 4903.00.00). These materials are specifically exempt from the new duties announced under U.S. trade measures. That means that while other product categories may still face additional tariffs, our books remain duty-free when entering the United States.
What this means for you:
- You will not be charged any import duties on your order.
- The price you see at checkout is the final price you’ll pay.
- Orders will be shipped from Australia with no hidden fees or surprise costs on delivery.

Rates
You agree to pay to Indie Bloom postage fees as calculated at checkout, including any applicable local customs fees. If there’s an error regarding postage fees, we’ll contact you before processing your order.
We work with delivery partners who may change their fees from time to time. If they
change their fees, we’ll need to update our fees, too. We can do this on notice to you by updating the fees on our website. Price increases won’t be applied to orders that have already been confirmed by us.
Delivery timeframes
We use Australia Post to help us get our products to you within Australia as well as internationally.
Delivery times will vary between orders – we’ll do our best to let you know when to expect your delivery, however this is largely dependent on the delivery service provider.
As a guide for coloring books, for standard delivery within Australia, you may expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days. For express delivery within Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 1-4 business days.
International delivery timeframes may vary but are usually delivered within 5-10 business days. Please consult the Australia Post delivery guidelines for lead times or feel free to consult us for indicative delivery times to your delivery address, at hello@indiebloom.com.au.
For all coloring book orders within Australia and overseas, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Standalone sticker orders are sent via post in an envelope. For deliveries within Australia, estimated shipping time is 4 to 7 business days. Outside Australia, delivery can take up to 15 business days.
Delivery address
It’s your responsibility to make sure that your email and postal address details are
correct. We won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply
current, accurate postal address details. If your order is undelivered due to your error
and returned to us, we reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees or
terminate this agreement.
If, after placing an order, you need to modify your shipping address, please email us at indiebloom.au@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we have not yet shipped out your package, we may be able to update the address. In this instance, we may need to change your delivery fee if your modified address is in a different country to your original address.
Orders lost in transit
We make no representations as to responsibility or liability for any lost or
misdelivered orders.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you acknowledge that our liability is limited to the amount of any compensation we are able to recover from the delivery service provider, less our reasonable costs of investigating and applying for any compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
Risk
We won’t be responsible for your order once it’s delivered to your nominated address,
including if you’ve authorised for the delivery to be left unattended at that address or if
someone else at your address signs for your parcel.
